When making an opening of a horror film you need certain aspects to make the sequence successful, with a horror you need to give the audience enough to keep intrigued but not too much to give away the story. When following the rules of a horror, it is the girl that always get killed and the girl is always made out to be the sterotypical blond girl that will always get killed... Another so called rule is that in the opening their is normally a killing or an intention or danger and this is because it then gives the audience a taster of what is to come. A final ingredient for a horror is that people that drink alcohol, or have underage sex will be killed as in horror film the rebellious people are the ones who suffer....... With these ingredients, a horror film is always produced, Although they may be sometimes change the order in which they use the ingredients, as long as it is sucessful........ From doing my research it has gave me lots.....
